Asfandyar is a foodie, a cricket fan, and a car guy who's spent a lot of weekends driving through northern Pakistan — Skardu, Deosai, Hunza, Gilgit, Swat, Kalam, Neelum Valley. He once came close to starting a food truck instead of a software studio. The software won.
He started as a PHP developer at Xyper Technologies in 2016, joined a team building a telecom data pipeline pulling tower data through NiFi, storing it in HDFS, and surfacing KPIs in Tableau, then went to Imroz where he became something harder to categorise than his job title. Over eighteen months he worked across fullstack development and cloud infrastructure on GCP, took on product management, and shipped two products he still thinks about: an internal sales management platform with PostGIS-powered route planning and offline sync for field teams in low-connectivity areas, and an ed-tech SaaS MVP where he ran architecture, development, and the product roadmap himself. By the time he left, he knew exactly what kind of studio was missing from the market.
He co-founded DigiArtisan in 2021 as CTO, ran delivery hands-on for three and a half years, and became CEO in 2024.
In 2018, Irfan graduated with a computer science degree and got his first look at the real world inside legacy systems at Sadat Haider. He learned fast, then moved to Venturenox where he built two products that set the tone for everything after: an ed-tech SaaS MVP and a secondary sales management platform with offline sync, PostGIS location tracking, and Google Maps integration.
From there he moved through every layer of the stack that mattered, starting with fintech infrastructure at Shopdev, then AWS serverless and NFT systems at Big Immersive, then OpenAI integrations at Emerald Labs before most teams had figured out what to do with it. Each move, he took on more of the architecture.
He co-founded DigiArtisan in 2021 and earned the CTO title the old-fashioned way — through real systems, real clients, and real deadlines. He runs the Lahore engineering team and owns every technical decision.
Bukhtiar plays a lot of Dota 2 and used to compete in debating — two different ways of thinking several moves ahead under pressure. He holds a master's in artificial intelligence from the University of Essex on top of a computer science degree, and he's spent the better part of a decade on the engineering side of machine learning.
He started out applying computer vision and reinforcement learning to land development and construction at AKCC in Islamabad, then moved through a software engineering role at Trilogy in Austin and generative-avatar research at DeepReel in London. Along the way he was named an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler in London — one of 80 chosen from more than 1,400 applicants.
More recently he built a retrieval-grounded chatbot at SeparateSpace in London, using retrieval-augmented generation to raise answer accuracy and cut hallucinations sharply, then architected an agentic AI system for logistics automation at PackageX in New York through to April 2026, followed by a short software-architecture consultancy. In December 2025 he co-founded CensorAI, where he is CTO.

30 minutes. No deck. We'll tell you exactly what we'd build, how long it takes, and whether we're the right team to build it.
