As of 2024, DigiArtisan is incorporated in Wyoming. Here's why we did it and what it changes for our clients.
We've been building for US clients since 2021. In 2024, we made it official: DigiArtisan is now incorporated in Wyoming.
Honestly, we made it work without it for longer than we expected. Most clients across the US, Europe, and Australia were fine with the Pakistan-registered entity once the work started speaking for itself. But as we moved upmarket into Series B companies and enterprise teams, the friction got real. Extra due diligence rounds, procurement policies that hard-required a US entity, legal teams that just wanted to sign under US law without a conversation about it.
We were spending time on contracting overhead that should have gone into building things. Wyoming fixed that.
US-incorporated contracts. Direct USD invoicing. MSAs and SOWs that enterprise legal teams recognise on sight. No more explaining the entity structure on a discovery call.
The delivery team stays exactly where it is. Lahore is our engineering base and that's not changing. The talent, the culture, the way we work: none of that moved. Just the paperwork, which is sort of the point.
If contracting complexity has been a reason to delay a conversation, it's gone now. We're taking on two new engagements in early 2025. Write to us at hello@digiartisan.io.
Every week someone asks us to build them an AI chatbot. Our answer is always the same. Here's what we build instead, and why the distinction actually matters.
Six weeks to a working system. We've shipped this way dozens of times. It's not a gimmick. Here's the discipline behind it.
